Check out some of these food recall sites and find out what could be in your food.

Food is recalled daily, and not just for madcow disease. Seems if it's not a life or death situation then we don't hear about it. Too bad.

According to the USDA*,

"A recall is a voluntary action by a manufacturer or distributor to protect the public from products that may cause health problems.

Recalls, Withdrawals and Alerts in the Last 60 Days:

This list includes the most significant product actions of the last 60 days, based on the extent of distribution and the degree of health risk. The recalls on the list are mainly Class I. A record of all recalls can be found in the FDA Enforcement Report.
